Many Web Design companies don't like ongoing maintenance. They build the customer a website and then run hard and fast away from the routine maintenance and support. This is especially disabling to businesses without the technical expertise to perform the maintenance themselves.

At GTX Web Design, Inc. we feel that a long term business relationship between us and our customers is in both our interests. The better products and service we provide to you, the greater the chance you'll continue being a customer and might even refer additional opportunities in our direction.

Our hosting packages include a minimum of one 1/2 hour of changes per month for the first month of operation. This free maintenance is to handle minor changes and/or inaccuracies in content. For many businesses, this is simply inadequate.

Our maintenance plans bill on a quarterly basis. Discounts are available for subscribers to these plans. We're very flexible and willing to negotiate custom maintenance plans for our customers. So, if your anticipating routine changes to your website, you should consider one of our discounted plans.

We'll work with you to update the content of your website (special promotions, sales, new product announcements, etc.) to make sure your website content is current and up-to-date. Contact us for more information.
